I enjoy working with people who take their personal evolution seriously but also lightly, with a generous sense of humor and a high degree of humility.

I charge $175/hour. As of 1/1/25, after 40 years as a counselor, my practice is now limited to individual consultation and mentoring by phone and/or email.

To honor my change in status from therapist to consultant and mentor, I no longer do “regular” counseling. Feel free to email me if you’d like more clarification about this distinction.

Since 1985, I have maintained my practice under the aegis of my nonsectarian Minister’s License (RCW 18.19.040). However, as a consultant and mentor now, I no longer work with insurance companies, offer discounts, or provide paperwork related to the role of counselor.

If you are a sole proprietor, I’m happy to provide you with a statement for “Professional Consultation” for your business.
